CLASSICS OF LOVE “Walking In Shadows” LP clear vinyl

The elusive Jesse Michaels returns with the intensity of yesteryear. His new band Classics of Love delivers a sonic punk rock sound that would fit comfortably in the DC hardcore scene of the ’80s. Mix in The Who, The Clash, Bob Mould, Husker Du, The Hold Steady, Rites of Spring, Nation of Ulysses, Fugazi, The Wipers, Guided by Voices, The Kinks, and you have a plethora of influences that are hitting Jesse’s writing these days. This is not some all-star lineup of famous bands. This is a real band, with a real practice space, that plays local shows and delivers an honest approach to the ideas of punk. This six song EP is the debut release of another soon to be classic punk band.

Stoked to see Jesse Michaels rocking again. I spoke to Mike Park and he said that when the pressing of this and the CD are gone (I think 1,000 LPs, 2,000 CDs), he isn’t planning on repressing. Get this before it is too late. we have 50 copies in stock now.
