Alexisonfire planning vinyl box set

St. Catharines, Ont. post-hardcore stalwarts Alexisonfire are planning a vinyl box set to coincide with their farewell tour, which will be happening this December. According to the press release, the set will include their entire discography, including 12-inch LPs of each of their studio albums and out of print 7-inch EPs including Math Sheet Demos, Crisis b-sides, Insulation Tapes and BBC Sessions.

The set will also feature a photo booklet and other, as-yet-unnamed exclusive goods. We’ll keep you posted as more details emerge. Alexisonfire formed in 2001 and disbanded in 2010; vocalists Dallas Green and Wade MacNeil are now fronting City & Colour and Gallows, respectively.
