After my nearly 200 auctions ended on this past Friday, I relisted 99 items. I had meant to start having my weekly auctions end on Thursdays, but I will get it right next time. While a bulk of the auctions posted this week are mostly Suburban Home/VC releases, I found a bunch of records that I haven’t listed before that will go up for next week’s auctions. Take a look at the list. While some will surely fetch decent prices like the out of print Every Time I Die Box set, there will be a number of records that you can get a 99 cents. I will put a reminder post on Wednesday.

I have 195 auctions ending today. It would be worth your time to go through the 4 pages of items as there are a number of items without bids. You could take a chance and put 99 cent bids on a handful of records. Even some of the items that do have bids, the bids are pretty low. There are lots of great records: I have a Minus the Bear highly refined pirates on purple (out of only 17), I have a set of all 12 Under the Influence 7″s, as well as records by Dillinger Four, Detroit Cobras, Fall of Troy, Cursive, Damien Jurado. Good Life, Flogging Molly, Descendents, Good Riddance, Frank Turner, Austin Lucas, The Evens, Tim Barry, Fugazi, Look Mexico, Genghis Tron, Look Mexico, and lots lots more.
Next week, I will have a bunch of records ending on Thursday, July 30th.

Yesterday, I spent a good portion of the day listing and relisting records on the LImited Pressing Auctions. I also had an idea and would love to hear your thoughts. I am thinking that moving forward, I will just list auctions once a week and have them all end on the same day. This week, I have 195 auctions ending on Friday, July 23rd, but I am thinking of changing it so that auctions end on Thursdays. Do you have an opinion either way?
I highly recommend taking a look down this list as I dug out some pretty crazy records. Have you checked out the Vinyl Collective Marketplace? I’m still surprised that my MC Hammer cassette hasn’t sold. If you have records, CDs, or books you’d like to sell, you should consider selling your goods in our marketplace. There is not cost to list, no fees taken out (other than paypal), and more records are being listed (and sold) every day. Hell, even Adeline Records are selling their records here. We have continued to post auctions at Limited Pressing and every day, I have been posting more records. I have found some records I had totally forgotten about and have some gems slated to be posted soon. If you have not visited Limited Pressing before, I highly recommend you check it out. I have continued to post auctions on Limited Pressing. I currently have 215 items listed and every single auction has a starting price of 99 cents. While I know that a number of the auctions will fetch a good amount, I know that everyone will have some incredible opportunities at getting records for incredibly low prices. Whether you are looking for an out of print record to add to your collection or you are looking to buy 10 records priced at 99 cents each, there is something for everyone.
I expect Limited Pressing’s auctions to get a few more visitors since we are posting so many items. If you have something to sell, you should consider posting it in an auction at Limited Pressing. There is no cost to list your records and there is no fee taken if you sell anything. Unlike Ebay which continues to charge higher and higher fees, I highly recommend you support what the guys at Limited Pressing are doing.

Now that Interpunk has taken over the fulfillment of our mailorder, we found ourselves left with a few thousand records that don’t have a home. We would like to find homes for all of these records. We have decided to utilize Limited Pressing’s Auctions to find homes for all these records and will be posting each release starting at 99 cents each. We will be posting out of print records, new records, some CDs, and other odds and ends.
If you purchase more than one record, we will give you a discount on shipping. If you have ever considered posting your records for sale in Limited Pressing’s auctions, this might be a good time. Hopefully listing our items will help to create more eyes on the auction portion of their site. List your items, too, and benefit from the extra eyeballs.
If you haven’t checked out Limited Pressing yet, I highly recommend signing up for a free account and taking advantage of all they have to offer.
We have 80 items listed so far, but we hope to list between 50 and 100 items every day until we have sold nearly everything. I recommend placing a bid on any items you have interest in. You will never know if some of the items end at really low prices. I have a ton of great records that I plan on posting, too.

I can assume that since you are on this website, you are very familiar with what Test Pressings are. I am curious, how many of you collect Test Pressings? From time to time, I get emails from folks interested in buying a Test Pressing for their collection. In most situations, I am more happy to comply. It dawned on me recently that I have way too many test pressings sitting around collecting dust that would make happy additions to a number of record collections. We had some of them for sale in our store, but now that our store is down and Interpunk doesn’t sell Test Pressings, I considered my options. I thought about putting them up for auction on Ebay, something I have done in the past. I considered putting some up for auction at Limited Pressing, something I might do down the road. But then I thought, let’s just make it simple. If you find any of the following test pressings interesting, make me a fair offer. I know that some of these records could fetch a good sum on an auction site, but I am not necessarily looking to get top dollar. I would rather know that the test pressings are going to someone’s collection of that artist.
I will take offers all week. Depending on the response, I might not get back to every single offer. Serious Offers only please. Understand that with some of the following test pressings, I only have 1 or 2 copies and while I am not necessarily looking to get top dollar, if someone makes a better offer on a test pressing and I only have 1 copy, I will sell the test pressing to that higher offer.

If I write you back, I will send you a checkout link to pay for the record. Once paid for, i will send you the test pressing. Pretty simple.
