Top 30 records sold September 2007

September was a really interesting month. Some of our most successful sales for the month were releases that we were able to do exclusive or semi-exclusive pre-orders where we were able to offer a test pressing to one lucky winner. Speaking of the test pressing contests, we will announce a few winners in a few minutes.

The Ben Weasel pre-order was our most successful pre-order for a non-Vinyl Collective in house release. A big thanks to Mike Kennerty and Edmond Records for allowing us to be involved. I hear from the exclusive distributor that the entire pressing is spoken for now and they are working on some kind of repress. We will do our best to inform you of the colors involved in the repress. We sold 300 out of the 1,000 pressing and that is pretty awesome. I seriously think we could have sold 500 copies of this pressing had we been able to get that many copies, but 300 is really great.
